Past grades may need to be recorded manually in Aspen for students entering the district for the first time. For existing CPS students who experience schedule or homeroom changes between grading periods, it may be necessary to merge transcript records to ensure accurate final grade calculations, including for summer eligibility forecast reporting.
Student who have modified promotion criteria on their IEPs and have met the criteria are not required to attend summer school.

Any high school interested in a later date for computing class ranks for semester 2 can request to have them computed on Saturday, June 14th. The request for an alternate schedule must be sent to the Office of Education Policy and Procedures by Friday, April 18th date (policy@cps.edu).

(12th Grade ONLY) Semester Two Preliminary* High School Transcripts are available the day after grades are posted and verified for all 12th graders.
*Preliminary High School Transcripts do not contain Second Semester Class Rank. For seniors who are eligible for graduation, the spring semester CPS graduation date (June 12, 2025) will begin appearing on high school official transcripts on May 28, 2025.

Final Elementary School Transcripts are available anytime after final grades are posted for all students.
