RISE

RISE is the performance management evaluation tool for all eligible full-time, non-unionized central office staff and applicable citywide staff. RISE helps managers monitor and evaluate their direct reports by setting clear expectations and goals aligned with CPS’ overall vision. This helps managers and employees see eye-to-eye on expectations, goals, and career progress.
