Featuring content from FranklinCovey’s Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager, this program, set to launch in 2024, is designed specifically for Central and Network Office employees who are managers of self. The training will be facilitated by a Peer Trainer, a subject matter expert CPS employee that has customized this course for effective application and utility to the CPS environment.
