Building Effective and Strategic Teams

The BEST Cohort empowers leaders to build cohesive, high-performing teams using Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team model, addressing trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Through this framework, leaders will enhance team dynamics and collaboration, while also learning to create and
execute a unified vision, strategy, and goals. The cohort focuses on strategic planning, data analysis, and developing action plans to drive results. Participants will gain the skills to communicate effectively, mobilize their teams, and ensure continuous progress, ultimately fostering a culture of accountability and success.

Eligibility

BEST is designed for leaders that have at least 3 direct reports.

How to Apply

Interested in being the BEST? Complete the cohort application by 12/23. Participants will be notified of their selection status by 1/23.
