Program Statement

The Contract Documents shall provide power and cabling for the Clock System. Wiring for the Clock System shall be installed in a conduit.

New Construction:
- Clocks to be hardwired for power and signal. This includes Annexes regardless of the current clock system in the Main building
Renovation:

If a power receptacle is available and an existing hard wired clock system is installed, the clocks should be AC powered and use a direct signal.
If power is not available, wireless clocks using battery power are to be used. ITS has approved a National Time Clock that derives the tie signal from the CPS wireless.
