Balanced Assessment System: Considers the ways we measure student learning across grade levels, subjects, student abilities, and English proficiency.

Rigorous Instruction: Measures teaching effectiveness and the teacher’s ability to make content accessible to every student.

Conditions for Learning and the Student Experience: Measures the aspects of our schools and student's environments to provide safe, nurturing, and modern classrooms.

Access to Postsecondary Opportunities: Measures how well schools are preparing students for life after high school.

Research-based Academic Interventions within a Multi-tiered System of Supports: Measures how schools are implementing academic, behavior, and social-emotional interventions.

Specially Designed Instruction: Measures how the needs of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are met.
