What We're Measuring

Leadership Context: Measures the stability of school leadership and their relationships with staff and the school community at large.

School Vision and Continuous Improvement Practice: Reports on each school’s plans, systems, and goals for continuous improvement for student success.

Distributed Leadership and Teacher Leader Development: Measures the engagement and empowerment of teachers, teachers leaders, and staff to perform their roles effectively and grow professionally.

Teachers and Staff Capacity: Measures vacancy rates, teacher qualifications, tenure, and turnover.
