Maintain fire separations for all walls and floors. Clean, seal and paint tunnels. Gasket doors. Address any water infiltration problems by sealing openings, providing drains or pump systems as needed. Replace all wooden doors with fire rated metal doors and vision glass.
Identify locations of existing items routed in / through air tunnels and AHU sections not allowed by current code (sanitary piping, science lab acid waste piping, gas piping, floor drains, etc). Meet with CPS to establish grandfathered items versus required corrections.
