The CPS STEM school model focuses on preparing students for success in college, career, and life while introducing students to STEM career pathways. A growing number of jobs across many fields require some STEM skills. A STEM-literate workforce will attract investments and jobs to Illinois, and good jobs and economic opportunity will attract world-class talent to the city of Chicago.
