Parent Support Centers signals a new era in Chicago Public Schools (CPS), whereby district personnel conscientiously provide a collaborative and shared partnership to ensure that parents are empowered, engaged and have access to high quality services and resources.

Parent Support Centers are aligned with the District's goal to become more responsive to parent inquiries and concerns. The ultimate goal is to ensure that everyone involved in the parent engagement process receives quality educational support and resources that positively impact student achievement.

Parent Support Administrators are assigned to each CPS Network Office and are responsible for the following:

• Provide a single point of contact for parents / guardians
• Transform parent visibility into a resolution process
• Ensure expertise is accessible to resolve inquiries and requests for assistance
• Establish departmental partnerships to avoid redundancy and overlap

Think of us as your "One-Stop-Shop" for parent inquiries or concerns.
