Capital Plan

In alignment with our commitment to Every Student, Every School, and Every Community, CPS leadership is prioritizing equitable investments that empower students, modernize classrooms, and expand access to premier athletic and recreational spaces while increasing energy efficiency and sustainability across the district.

Spring 2026

In Spring 2026, Capital will hold virtual community meetings as an opportunity to share information with families about the district's capital planning process and provide input to help inform the district's FY27 Capital Plan.

Meeting Schedule

  • April 14: 3:00 p.m.– 4:30 p.m. (English/Spanish, Virtual)
  • April 16: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m (English/Spanish, Virtual)
  • April 21: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (English/Spanish, Colman Admin Office; 4655 S. Dearborn St.)
  • April 21: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (English/Spanish, Colman Admin Office; 4655 S. Dearborn St.)
  • April 28: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Spanish Only, Virtual)
