Dear CPS Community,

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is one of our favorite weeks of the year. Our vision for our schools is to provide every student with rigorous, joyful, and equitable daily learning experiences. That would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our teachers and staff, and we are so excited to uplift them for everything they’ve accomplished this school year.

Our teachers and staff truly do it all. In our classrooms, they provide students with the academic and social-emotional support they need to reach new heights. They also help ensure that our school operations run smoothly and meet the needs of our students and families. And they also work closely with our parents and community partners to strengthen not just our schools, but also the neighborhoods that make our city so diverse and exceptional.

This toolkit is a great resource to help you take some time this week to thank the teachers and staff that have made a difference in your life. It has everything from graphics to sample social media messages to selfie and window signs that you can use to show your appreciation.
