Survey Schedule
CPS organizes surveys by season to give families and community members a consistent schedule for providing feedback. We'll notify you when new surveys are open, and you can also check back on this page for a list of current and upcoming opportunities to share your voice. Your input helps us make important decisions that benefit our schools and students.
The 5Essentials and Cultivate Surveys also provide incredible feedback for CPS schools. Those are administered by the University of Chicago with direct links to the staff and students who take them, and thus will not be linked on this site.

Survey Results
School Food
Over 13,000 parents, students and staff responded to the School Food portion of the SY26 CPS Winter Survey. Results from this survey will help inform future school meal offerings. You can see a summary of results and learn more on the School Food Survey web page.
