The My Chi. My Future. app is full of fun activities, events, and city destinations for youth to experience during Spring Break and all year round. Sign up today to check out events, including the My CHI. My Future. 2026 Teen Bash. Students can join the fun on Saturday, March 28, from noon to 4 p.m. for their 2026 Teen Bash at the Aon Ballroom on Navy Pier! Chicago residents ages 13 to 19 can enjoy a day filled with special musical performances, free pizza and snacks, a resource expo for summer jobs, and more. Chicago Public Library
CPL offers year-round programming for students across Chicago, including during spring break. Explore events for students of all ages, such as the Family Craft Hour series at the Uptown location or the Gamer's Universe Showdown series at the Harold Washington Library Center.

Chicago Park District
The Chicago Park District is offering Spring Break Camps at various parks throughout Chicago. Most camps run March 23–27 for children ages 6–12. Most camp days are six hours, although a select few will be longer. Please be aware that each park charges a nominal fee to cover the week’s activities.
In addition, the Park District is actively recruiting lifeguards for the upcoming summer season, and spring break is a great time to apply! Youth who are age 16 or older can find more information on the Chicago Park District's website.

Safe Haven
CPS partners with faith-based and nonprofit organizations to host the Safe Haven Out-of-School Program across the city, including spring and summer break. Healthy meals will be provided at all locations. Hours of operation may vary by site.

Museums
Students can visit the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, the Chicago History Museum, the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center, and the Museum of Contemporary Arts at no cost this month on select Illinois Free admission days.
