Chairman Pro Tem

In the case of the absence or disability of the President and the Vice President at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Education when a quorum is present, as determined by the Secretary by roll call, the members present shall proceed to the election of a Chairman Pro Tem who shall act at such meeting in lieu of the President and the Vice President.
