September 23, 2015

Parents – did you know that your child can be seen by a dentist free of charge while they are at school?

District-approved dentists visit schools regularly to provide exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants, all at no cost to families. Make sure your child has access to this important service by completing the dental consent form found in your Back-to-School packet. The form can also be downloaded here. Submit the completed form to your school office, and you will be contacted when a dentist is scheduled to treat students at your school.

When they are at their healthiest, students are more likely to succeed academically. Please take advantage of this opportunity by completing your dental consent form today.
