Military academy

Overview

Curriculum

The CPS Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Academies are unique four-year learning centers for strongly motivated students who wish to develop leadership and team-building skills. Students study in a small school environment of focused learning, guided by a team of mentor teachers and military teaching partners, and receive military training, as well as an Education To Careers curriculum. Each academy focuses on a specific branch of the military; some are schools-within-a-school in a general high school and others are school-wide academies.

Attendance boundaries

None.
