Community programs

CommunityThe community plays an important and vital role in the success of our schools.

CPS is committed to developing programs that give the Chicagoland community an opportunity to make a positive impact in our schools. Community members can participate in special programs such as Principal and Teacher for a Day, or help improve the literacy skills of our students by taking part in Real Men Read.

Community members are also encouraged to contact individual schools to learn about more ways they can impact CPS.
