Enclosed is a copy of the Agenda for the rescheduled Board of Education meeting to be held on Monday, November 23, 2009. The meeting will be held at the Central Administration Building,125 South Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, Board Chamber, 5th Floor.
Registration for Public Participation will be held between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor of the Clark Street Lobby. The Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin at approximately 10:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m., and will be followed immediately by the Business portion of the meeting.
We anticipate that many persons may wish to appear at this meeting to express their gratitude and affection for Michael Scott. For this reason, all individuals who wish to pay their respects to Mr. Scott will be called to speak during the beginning of the Public Participation segment of the meeting. The remainder of the Public Participation segment will proceed according to the Guidelines for Public Participation.
